(Plymouth Colony Records (PCR) 1:19 25 Nove. 1633, It was ordered that whereas Frances Eaton dyed undebted for more than the estate of the said Francis would make good, inasmuch as Christian, his late wife, durst not administer, it was ordered that Mr. Thomas Prence & Mr. John Done/doane in the behalfe of the Court, should enter upon the estate according to the inventoory brought in upon oath the day of (-), that the creditors might have so far as sthe estate will make good 7 the widow be freed & acquitted from any claikm or demands of all or any his creditors. whatsoever.)
